Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 05 Days from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team via cotact@FashionGear.in with your order details.
Approval: Once approved, we will share the return shipping label or instructions.
Shipping: Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided. Please retain the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return guidelines. Refunds will be processed within 05 Days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.

Replacement Option
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll expedite the process to provide a replacement item, subject to availability.

Exceptions
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will bear the return shipping costs. For other reasons, shipping charges may be non-refundable.
